Visual Lexicons & Visual Diaries

Hello Everyone,

Your visual lexicons are due in three weeks on the 20th of October.

These need to be physical books with at least 50 entries.

If you have questions feel free to ask and I will help you understand.  I have the examples in my office.

Also remember that you need to be making entries in your visual diaries.  I will be checking up in the next couple of weeks.

If it makes it easier think about each entry in relation to the class discussion:

For last week find some interesting designs that use the laws of Gestalt Psychology.

For this week find some designs that make or break the rules of composition I showed you.

Find some designs that express your culture in a powerful way or designs that show that the designer does not understand your culture.

Or, find some designs that have a connection to some of the ancient objects you saw in class.
